Shipping Policy

At Lumi&Co, we aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Because we work with trusted global suppliers and fulfilment partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are typically:

United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–18 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volumes, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number where available so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lumi&Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, all sales are final. Lumi&Co does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at Lumistore.Co@protonmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbours, or your local courier service. Lumi&Co cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
