Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, we do not accept returns but accept exchanges. All sales made through Lumi&Co are considered final once the order has been processed.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and images carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Refund Processing
